100 Hats, Mostly Crochet

The book has 2 failings: 1. There are hardly any projects for men (but I expected that,) and 2.) TOO MUCH CROCHET! ;) I can both knit and crochet, but I am a better knitter - however MOST of the crochet wasn't incredibly complicated and if you are at an "easy/intermediate" level you should be able to do most of the projects. I don't know why "knit" was before crochet in the title, but there are not a lot of knitting projects, comparitively.
Still, it was a very fun book, and I saw several hats which were really fun and there really was something for every season of the year. Definitely a good book to have on your shelf of pattern books, and I recommend it to any crochet-er or someone who is talented in both knitting and crochet. The person who just knits may be disappointed.
4 out of 5 stars.
