One of the best modernized adaptations of Shakespeare's plays, it will appeal a lot to teenagers and anything that'll keep em interested in the Bard's work, is a great big thumbs up for me!

This is a great movie! I watch it everytime it is on; however, since the death of one of its stars (Ledger), it hasn't been on in a while. I have heard that it was compared to Taming of the Shrew by Shakespeare. There is no element in the movie that I dislike, everything is just how it should be and the way I wished my high school years would have played out. I was a lot like the Julia Stiles character in that I had a nasty disposition because I was being made fun of for my thoughts and ideas. If only I had a Heath Ledger character to save me from myself! I bought the movie for my daughter who wanted to see it badly after the death but we never found it on. We would go through the local dept. store and scan the shelves and still nothing. I bought this and then went to Target and they had it and last night it came on. This was all in like, a 2 week period. Well, now she is happy. She has it on VCR tape, on DVD and they will be playing it now on TV again. You can't get too much Heath Ledger on TV!

I LOVE this movie! So many surprises! Lots of laughs,but also lite hearted drama. Do not think twice about buying this item! I know you'll be very pleased! Many Wonderful Stars in it that were made for these parts & done so well!

The movie story line is very good and it's even funny and entertaining. However, there is a lot of adult content which brought down my rating. I purchased this movie because I like cute story lines like this one had.

I saw this movie while out of town and decided that I would like to own it. It is a great movie about teenagers and their first experiences with love. An "over protective" gynocologist father keeps you in stitches as he endeavors to keep his girls from dating until they are out of High School. It is a great escape from reality!

This is a very good movie I am 35 and it is one of my favorite movies. Heath is great in this movie.

This is a movie more for teenagers. It's about teenage love, getting the girl and crazy things that go on in high school. I think it's good. I've seen this movie like 5 times. The best part about this movie is that Heath Ledger is in it!!! He is one of my favorite actors. That's why I bought it. R.I.P. Heath!

I liked the movie an the price, however I thought it was DVD andnot VHS So I really cold not use this product.
