
A good routine for beginners

If you are just starting out and are looking for a slow yet challenging routine, this DVD is for you. The instructor is great, easy to follow, and NOT annoying. She demonstrates each move, with clear direction, to prevent injury and to maximize your workout.
I'm not a fan of "dancey" routines, so I was thrilled with it's straight-forward, effective, and uncomplicated flow from one move to the next.
There are 5 10-minute segments, including a stretch. It goes by so quickly, I was surprised when it was over.
