I am an intermediate.... Walker, treadmill, mountain climbing excerciser...What I liked was that there were not unusual moves to do...No bouncing or contortion...Body moves smoothly to the excercise... I started with a 5 pound dumbell...Its great that you do not need to get the kettlebell to do the same moves..My thighs are feeling it today..I recommend
