
Great Workout Video

I really like this workout video- there are so many options and combinations you can choose from, I doubt you'd get bored quickly. It also seems very broad-spectrum in that, you can be a beginner or someone used to working out and you won't have trouble following the instructor. She's friendly and encouraging, without being too "chatty". The first time around it may seem like she's going too fast, but you get the hang of how she does things and it starts to make more sense (ie: she's teaching you a "routine", building each of the moves until at the end you're doing everything in a sequence). I haven't watched and/or participated in all of the segments yet, but it definatley keeps me coming back the next day to try again- something that is rather difficult for me :)
Oh, and you do "feel" what you've done over the course of the workout without feeling like you've been hit by a truck afterwards. Although, it has been my experience that if you do one or a combo of the routines daily, when you go back the next day, you can "feel" what's out of shape or what you worked on the day before- but it's nothing that you can't sit down a few minutes and "recover" from. I'm not unfit but I don't make it a habit of working out on a regular schedule either and I found this video the most fun- I even look forward to doing the routines! I would totally recommend this video.
