This DVD comes with 5 different workouts, which you can do in any order. You will feel the burn in each one, raise your heartrate, and come out feeling better than when you started....maybe exhausted, but better. They each take time to learn the moves & become coordinated, but it will come. It's better to do at least 3, but I love the variety to shake things up a bit. The hostess is good & changes up with each segment.
