This is a very intense workout which, of course, focuses on the abdominals. There are five different routines, some more intense than others. There is a standing aerobic (sort-of) routine, and the other abdominal routines range from classic sit-ups and crunches to pilates based movements. There is a short warm up and cool down before each of the workouts. I usually do one of the 10 minute workouts in conjunction with another workout that doesn't have enough abdominal work. The workouts are easy to follow and the music is good. A mat and floor space is all you need. The level of intensity is moderate to advanced-probably more on the advanced end. This is not a good beginner dvd if you are looking for a longer workout. But if you just want something that can give you a good abdominal workout in 10 minutes (with a variety of workouts to choose from) than this is it.
