Great Book! Happened to see it at a clinic's library, checked it out and after reading it, purchased it. The book deals with habits that everyone picks up over the years that make you put on weight. Very useful and easy to understand and apply to your lifestyle.
Sent it to my sister who also thought it was great. Felt the book was a fresh approach. All about habits not diets.
