i like it because it is quick. also shows results! i bought it because my friend recommended it to me. i don't have all day to excercise but want to look like i do, just like everyone else

I love quickie workouts and this one has good ones. I like Pilates but find more than 20 minutes starts to get boring. These are quick and easy (some knowledge of Pilates is helpful). I double one of these with 8-min arms or butt and I've got a good, quick workout!

Just what I needed to start a new lifestyle!I like that it is short and sweet. It is easy enough to do and I can find time for it in my day. There is 30 sec each move and 16 different moves. I felt it a few days after I started, when I learnt how to perfect the moves. I am going to continue with this everyday!
