Poor FireHouse entering into a genre just before its demise, but their music was great. This 2000 release from a Hair Metal band was more contemporary to the time of its release and fits right in with Post Grunge. It doesn't knock you over like their 1990 self titled debut but it is strong musically. But like other Hair Metal bands releasing music in the new millennium they just can't get a fair shake. Damned if they try to enter the newer genres and trivialized if they released in an "outdated" genre. Slash had the right idea. Get a new band with a new name (Velvet Revolver) and its possible to update your genre. If you're a FireHouse fan get this one but pass on it if you're looking for more Hair Metal.

) Firehouse started out rocking and now they are all about love birds. What happened? There are a few good rock'n songs on this album yet not enough to call them Rock Stars anymore.
