Nyko Intercooler EX (743840860228 ) for Xbox, Xbox 360

Very poorly made. My first one was broken in the box. Got a second one, used it for two weeks, and it broke my xbox. The fanse rob the xbox of power, and that wrecks the xbox power supply and pcu, and you get the red ring of death. I have looked into this since mine broke, and found MANY other people with the same situation. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE! I bought mine from VPG ames, (the broken one) and had to fight with them for weeks to get my money back. Do not buy one of these, and do NOT buy ANYTHING from VP Games!!!!

I bought this new last week. It worked great when it was working, but it doesn't continue to working consistently. It keeps the system nice and cool but at the same time it is a lot louder when on. Problem I had with my unit, it would stop working after 5-10 minutes causing the system to over heat and give me the RROD. Eventually I gave up on it and stopped using it, for the sake of my system dieing on me. Overall, I would recommend it if you get a good working unit, unlike my unit which stops performing after some time.

this item is great it cools down your xbox 360 alot and increases its lifespan only negative it is loud not terribly loud but quite noticeable

I like the fact that it has it's own power supply and turns off and on with the Xbox. Also has a tempurature control which makes it turn on when it senses that the Xbox gets too hot.

I bought the Nyko Intercooler EX for my Xbox 360 to help keep it running cooler. Although it seems to be doing an excellent job of that, it runs just a little too much on the noisy side. During most games this may not be a factor, but when watching movies it can be a little distracting. The 360 allows me to watch movies through my Netflix account which is great, but the fan can be annoying during the quieter scenes.

This fan from Nyko, its a excellent way to blowout all the dangerous heat air from you xbox, the tech from Nyko its excellent and its quality too, you won't get unsatisfy with this item!.

I bought this Nyko intercooler EX hoping that it would protect my Xbox 360 and so far it has. It fits in the back right where the power chord connects to the console. There was a slight noise coming from it, but that's to be expected with this item. All in all, it seems to keep my console at a regulated temp. If you need an attachment fan, I suggest this one.
