iRobot Roomba 550 Bagless Robotic Vacuum

We love this machine so much that we named "her" Call-E. This is a wordplay on both Wall-E and our street address. Her mannerisms have made her part of the family.

She is so through and efficient. She finds things that we have lost or did not know we had. She wakes up at 8:00 AM every morning and goes about her chores.

I would recommend her to anybody because she is much better at getting into small spaces and under things than a human vacuumer. Don't forget to enpty her dustbin as it will be full!

Well what can I say - I like many was very sceptical about the Roomba which is otherwise known in our house as "Boomba" by my 14 month old baby girl. I initially bought it to keep on top of the toddler crumbs as my little one was crawling and finding every little crumb. I admit I was sceptical - but I need not have been - it is the best purchase I made in a long time. I would highly recommend purchasing this little wonder if you have a small child who loves to pick every little crumb off the floor.

It cleans very well. I have three surfaces in my home, bumpy tile, wooden floor and carpet. I must say "Boomba" adjusts very well to all surfaces.

I have watched this little machine in motion many a time and am still amazed how such a small machine can clean so well. Even when I think there is very little to pick up boomba finds more!

If you are interested in buying this then wait no longer, I would recommend without hesitation.

I had mine shipped to my home in Bermuda and now many of my friends are interested in purchasing one too.

If I had more tile in my house then I might invest in the floor washing one!

Go on buy it, you will be amazed how much time it saves you from pushing around the vaccum.

The roomba is great for set and forget house care. Strong enough to clean up after dogs and birds. its great.

We like, love the fact that it can be programmed to clean during the night, and it does a far better job than our Electrolux's. The only thing we do dislike is when it gets stuck somewhere and can't seem to figure out how to get loose. I bought this to help my mother with the cleaning, and it picks up much more dog hair than our other cleaners. I would recommend this to everyone!!!

i PURCHASED THE 550 MODEL (COSTCO PART NUMBER)BUT IS SIMILIAR TO THE 570. i HAVE WOOD AND TILE FLOORS.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! IT DOES A GREAT JOB ON THE HARD SURFACES, BUT BY THE END OF THE WEEK YOU STILL HAVE TO MOP TO GET THE LIGHT DUST THAT REMAINS. THIS IS FINE CONSIDERING I HAVE 2 LARGE DOGS THAT COME AND GO THROUGH THE DOGGIE DOOR. I WISH I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE PET MODEL, BUT FOR A FIRST TRY, I HAVE THE IDEA NOW WITH HOW IT WORKS.
ONE OF THE NEGATIVES IS THAT THE OUTSIDE SPINER BRUSH WILL KICK THE DIRT UNDERNEATH THE COUCH IF IT IS GOING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION. KEEP IN MIND, THIS UNIT IS NOT TOTALY FREE FROM HUMAN MAINTANINCE.
BOTTOM LINE, I PROBABLY HAVE SOLD AT LEAST 12 TO 15 UNITS FROM WORD OF MOUTH AND THEY FEEL THE SAME WAY.

mobile, effective. easy to use, product in ideal condition, fast delivery, no questions regarding mantinence, Other rumbas I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend this item if you're on a budget.

i returned it to the seller because it was not working. it won't charge and it just give me an error5 message once i plug it. that is why i can not give you any permanent rating at this moment to the product.
