FIFA Soccer 08 (Xbox 360)

Great soccer game. I am a big fan of soccer and this game is amazing a must buy for anyone that loves the game.

FIFA 08 for Xbox 360 hasn't changed much from last year. The graphics and sound are great! The soundtrack of the game is pretty good. I like the international variety of music. The graphics are also pretty good. However, the players look fake. As compared to Madden 08 and NCAA 08, the athletes look horrible. They look short & wide.
As far as gameplay goes, I'm not very impressed. There is a delay on the pass and the players don't react very well to the ball. The AI is not very good. The Manager mode is still pretty good. I like the variety of teams and clubs available on here. There are literally hundreds of clubs you can choose to manage.
There's a lot of room for improvement in FIFA 08. This game is good enough to keep a futbol (soccer) fan happy for a while. Unfortunately, I don't see this game having a great lasting effect! Like always, we can only wait till next year and hope that EA can make changes for the better!

Great game. i think its way better than fifa 07 and don't even buy winning 11, its simply terrible. I played winning 11 and GOD, IT SUCKS. Unlike the previous games, fifa 08 is more realistic that they didn't just make everyone on the Brazilian run really fast. The graphic on 360 is a killer, you need to play it on 360 and you can still enjoy the graphics and the game without HD. i think its worth the price but try buying it on half.com its cheaper.

I love the game in general. Good play, good graphics and good modes as well... It could not get much better than what it is now..

I love the FIFA soccer series. EA Sports has done a lot to improve the quality of the game to make it more realistic.

Last year's FIFA was supposedly built from the ground up for the Xbox 360, though the game still had yet to surpass the standards set by the franchise's entries on the previous generation of consoles. For FIFA 08, EA Sports promised to refine last year's effort while delivering a host of new gameplay modes and features. The result is that this year's FIFA plays a substantially different game of football, thanks mostly to an increased difficulty level and a sense of decreased pace. The raft of new skill moves means the game rewards practice and perseverance, but it could be argued that this makes it the least accessible FIFA to date. Thankfully, though, FIFA 08 wraps its new simulation feel in a superbly presented and very well-rounded package.

The most realistic soccer game I have ever played. On high definition TV the grafics are amazing. All the players behave realistically in accordance with their actual abilities and certain moves are only performed by elite players.

Must have for soccer fans. Plenty of trick moves and features for hours of fun. Team managing, trading players, soccer updates and even playing online.

Usually the year to year changes in fifa games involve minor tweaks and roster updates, maybe some nicer graphics, not the case here! EA completely changed up the gameplay, allowing you to take much greater control of the players. Manager mode is greatly expanded and has shorter sim times. All in all, a very good year for FIFA.

i like fifa07 better, this one is too tedious to set a simple game.
I want to practice by myself and the computer but the instructions do not show how t odo it. ha ve to use the pull out menus from the screen , ntil i find the right one.

I loved it the graphics are stunning the gameplay is great, the only thing they could improve on is the ball physics it feels like you are playing with a balloon. Also the players are too wierd.

One of the best Soccer/Football game I ever played. I am still trying to figure out how to do a Bicycle kick/Scissor Kick/over the head kick.
Other than that, this game is pretty solid, and I love the AI in this game.
Best of all is the graphics!!

I'm extremely happy with the game and will be back in the near future.

Good game. One of the best soccer games to come out to date. It is the best bang for your buck. The FIFA 2009 is a good game too, with a few more added features online. I would say if you are a casual gamer, to pick this one up instead, because it does not cost a lot and one is able to enjoy this title just as much. GO MAN UDT!!
