LG Black Label Shine KE970

The Ke970 LG Shine is a beautiful phone. It really does shine. With a stainless steel front and back covers and one-way mirror glass, it really is the shiniest phone I've ever owned.

Good points
- It's smaller then the Motorola Razor, which was my last phone.
- It weighs about the same (fairly heavy), which means it doesn't feel like a cheap plastic disposable phone.
- The screen is crystal clear, with very high resolution.
- The scroll bar menu system is easier to use then the motorola circle-disk system.
- The menus are easy to work through
- Quite good reception
- Easy to hook up with my computer to pull down files
- The bluetooth is solid
- Capable of up to 2.5gb micro-sd
- The 2 megapixel camera works great
- As an MP3 player, it's decent

Down points
- There are five scroll buttons, two on the cover, the scroll bar itself and left and right side of the scroll bar. The left and rigth side of the scroll bar are a little hard to hit sometimes
- The phone isn't as loud as the Razor ... in regular mode and in speaker phone
- Since the phone was unlocked, it took a couple of hours to figure out how to activate MMS and Web browsing. I'm told this is normal with all unlocked phones
- You can't save email address in the contact list. I'm still trying to figure out how to do that.
- The flash on the phone isn't a flash. It's a flashlight, and not a very good one either.
- As an MP3 player, the controls are a little wonky

Overall ... it's a good, stable, solid phone, with decent reception. I'm quite happy with it. It feels better then their chocolate phones, and the closest comparison I can make is the to Motorola Razor. I know there are a lot of other phones out there, but that was my last phone. This one seems to have a lot of the same functionality, is around the same size, but a little smaller, and feels and works simillarly, but it does look a heck of a better. It is the slickest phone I've ever owned.

I like the phone but dont like the screen but he said that was what was wrong with it. Igot the phone for profit, i hope.

The phone is great mainly because of its capabilities. The scrolling bar was the main appeal to me which led me away from wanting the LG Shine CU720. The phone is overall one of the best phones I've seen.

This has a lot of feature and easy to understand, intuitive interface. However, if the phone is not from US and configured for UK, etc, then it does not have some of the features. For example, 911 is not an emergency number programmed in the phone. However, 112, 110 and 113 are programmed.

Over all, I would buy it again though. It is a nice phone overall.

don't really have anything to say about it because........... bet on it. paid. waited a little over a week. wondering why it haven't arrived yet... sent them an email. took them more than a day to respond. they just ordered a big order of that phone i bought and still haven't arrived.. they kept telling its on its way and gave me 2 choices. 1. full refunded 2. get a similar phone like it.. which is KU970. (i think) if i wanted the KU970 i would have bet on it didn't i? so i just asked for a full refunded. waited couple days til they refunded it. too much trouble. could have let me know about the delay from the beginning.

There were a few small scratches as described but overall the product is wonderful and a lot more durable then any other phone I have owned. Thank you.

Well as far as looks go this is a great phone. But as far as reception it's not that great in comparison to my last phone anyways. Also from time to time when the phone slides shut it turns off. So I don't know I do like it a lot it has some great little things about it but those 2 problems above are annoying.

i bought this purchase for my cousin and she likes it. shipping was quick and packed well with all information and accesaries. i will purchase more product from this vender, because he also let me know if there is any problem with the phone i can send it back for replacement.

I love the phone. I had some difficulty getting everything working on it, Att customer service was deemed useless. But thankfully the internet forums are awesome and it was easier to just do it myself!

Even though I paid for my item right after I won it, the seller says I have not paid and opened a unpaid item case against me. I have not received the item I won. The seller does not return phone calls, or even answer the phone. I've written e-mails and left phone messages. Still no response! I have been very profession through this whole ordeal and don't know what to do next. I've got documentation from my credit card company that the item was paid for, I've opened a case against the seller to get my money back. UGH!

I liked form and the color of the mobile telephone.
It is easy to use this telephone with convenience for me.
But I am slightly heavy if I give one dissatisfaction because it is metal specifications.
Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget.

Phone was good. It wasnt what I had expected but it was alright. It doesnt provide me all tmobile services.

I received the phone and it was from China are somewhere, it was brand new and sti in the box, but the reception here eas poor and all the feautures did not work here. Well settled the issue and no harm was done.

it said T-Mobile phone not all the features will work with T-Mobile like,can't access T-zones,can-t access memory card through T-Mobile. The T-Mobile store said it wasn't a phone that T-Mobile sold or any LG phones.

I was pretty excited when I received my phone, but it only turned into disapointment when I realized it came from a different country. The manual, the box, everything is in a different language. The charger being from a different country as well, i cannot charge my phone in the US with the charger this phone came with. The screen said to turn into a "mirror" is more like a fun house mirror. sure you can see your reflection, but nothing like the commercials tell you.

it took almost 3 weeks for me to receive the product which was very unacceptable.i cant even use this phone and i tried to contact the seller and they wouldnt even email me back about a refund. its on a canadian network signal so i cant use it in the usa. i'll never use this seller again. i wouldnt recommend using them at all. now im stuck w/ a phone that i cant even use bc it wont work here. i guess i'll sale it to another canadian. hopefully one thats actually trustworthy.

Read disclaimer on page and wondering if should order? I am with AT&T and don't want to get it and it does not work?

I had A GREAT and quick experience with The Eurocell company. I was provided with great customer communication, fast delivery and product satisfaction. I sent my phone to my mother in Europe and it finally worked, even it fitted into the outlet. Additionally, it has Cyrillic interface which was as an extra for what i've paid. It is a very reliable company, NO WORRIES.
If i need to buy another phone, i'll go with EUROCELL.

i really love the color,the shine silver is so wonderful and it brings out the best the phone has to offer.Also i like the design,kool and sleek and the titanium looks,also the mirroir image makes i prety kool too.And the weight makes it looks and feel very expensive and to last long.I got it for my girlfriend and she really loves it.It's a perfect phone.Highly recommended.

I love the look of this phone, yet it did not surprise me as much when I actually received it in my hands. Very shiny indeed, but more prune to scratches on screen and corners since they are the plastic parts. The phone indeed is mostly metal, which I actually loved, the camera is great. But beware texters the keys are too close for use, makes it harder to text with.
