Where else can you decimate an entire city and walk away like yea im bad to the bone. From stealing helicopters to tanks, its all here. I just wanted to make that clear for the ones who want to spend some time with their kids that is somewhat descent for them to play without the cussing and everything else that's in the games today. Don't get me wrong this is a great game, but what disappointed me was that its a single player game. I just want a descent third-person shooting game that I can play with my son beside of me not on-line. I just wish this was that game because it is great! The vendor was great and sent what he sold to me no problems there. Would buy again if he had things I needed. My son loved the game. I suppose he still does, but some idiot broke into my house the other day and stole it. Along with about $10,000 worth of other stuff including my PS3. I will be replacing things someday however. Choose from any of 3 mercenaries to help over throw the dictator government of a South American country. If you don't like blowing s*** up, here's a deck of Uno cards. Now, if you're like me and you get a kick out of wrecking tanks, demolishing buildings, and setting the jungle ablaze, then Mercs 2 may be worthy of your attention. But be warned: there's a price to pay for the gift of tactical nukes and cruise missile strikes. For all the unadulterated joy of blowing s*** up, there's a mess of bugs and AI issues that may just turn you even more violent than usual. At the start, you choose to play as one of three characters -- Mattias Nilsson, Jennifer Mui, or Chris Jacobs. Each has his or her own unique traits. Jen, for example, is a bit speedier than the boys. These slight differences from one to the next don't have a major impact on the game. Neither do they offer new gameplay choices, though there are a few minor dialogue alterations for each. Good points - Firstly this game is well made. It looks good, controls fairly well and has a lot going on. It's a lot like GTA4 in the respect that you can go do which missions you like whenever or if you just feel like going around town blowing things up, you can also do that. Bad points - Unlike GTA4 there is nothing that resembles a decent story here. So there's nothing to push me to want to finish this game seeing as I don't have to do missions to blow stuff up. Also while this game does offer online co-op, it does not offer offline co-op. Big no no as is no online multiplayer. Final thoughts - It's not a bad game, just nothing amazing.
