Silver Side Up by Nickelback (CD, Sep-2001, Roadrunner Records USA)

~ It's not "Led Zeppelin II" or Metallica's "black" album, but it is good, solid, simple modern-day rock & roll that belongs in every rock music lover's collection. Infectious, loud and enjoyable, and isn't that what you want from hard rock? Great listening! ~

I love Nickelback, I'm trying to get everyone of their cd's and with Ebay's help, I'm doing just that. Silver Side Up is a awesome cd, every song is great. Chad Kroeger is gorgeous.

From close to my hometown, this band embarrasses me. Can you say, "Just another group of bad Pearl Jam wannabes."(?) The only reason I had this CD was because one of my clients was a big fan and wanted to hear these yahoos at his wedding. Nobody else, in all my years of professional DJing, has ever requested Nickelback. I threw this CD into the garbage, along with my Acker Bilk records.

I bought this Cd for my Wife for Christmas and She Loved it. The sound is great the music is very Nice ..!!!

I recommend this cd for Nickelback Fans even though it's not their best cd. The best song on this cd is 'How You Remind Me'. There are 10 tracks on this cd. Enjoyed every song. Best place to purchase this cd is on eBay!

I love this group, I am a country girl at heart, but there are some rock bands that I can't ignore.... Nickelback is one of them. There is not a bad song on this CD. rated it E for Excellent. The language is not for young people, but it helps set the tone of the message of the song in many cases. I have several Nickelback albums, and I love them all, but Silver Side Up is my favorite. Talent beyond belief.... the vocals, the instruments, the songs picked for this album... all mesh together to produce a fantastic experience.

I'm beyond happy with my purchase of the Nickle Back cd and I highly recommend others to buy from this seller.. He sent me what he discribed in his add all the way to the Ti.. I WOULD buy from this person again, very friendly and the s'h of my cd came fast.. SO PLEASED.. THANK YOU.... :)

I had heard their song "Rockstar" on MTV and decided to check them out. I come from an age before mp3's and ipods so my choice was to get a cd & to my surprise the songs did not fail to impress me. They seem to have a combination of some bands from past years. They have the musical drive of Metallica combined with the similiar vocals of Kurt Cobain (RIP). This may seem strange to some of you, but try to imagine my point of view. I grew up on a wide (and i do mean wide) range of music. Growing up i heard everything from Jackie Gleason (yes, he was a singer as well as an actor) to Led Zeppelin. I also listened to the songs of Charlie Daniels along with the supergroup The Highwaymen (try looking them up). As for why I bought this cd, it was the right price and it had a few of the songs i was looking for. Would recommend to anyone who is wavering on wether or not to purchase the album (yes, i said album. shows you how old I am.)

Like their other CDs, this one rocks! I have these songs on my workout list and it really keeps you moving. The lyrics are sharp. These guys have so much talent. Excellent!

I was tired of the songs on this album before it was halfway through, and that was the first time I listened to the whole thing. Everyone who bought the album was hoping to find more songs like "How You Remind Me", only to find maybe 1 or 2 catchy ones, but after that it was all rock dribble.

This is a great CD i have owned it before . Someone stole my car earlier this year and took all my CD's. Glad to have it back.

I actually bought this CD for my son. It's a good solid rock performance, but not as good as Nickelback's newer 2 CD's. If you already like Nickelback, you won't be disappointed.

I like this music group because they always seem to be able to have a catchy tune and steady beat to each song that they make. There are very few songs that I dislike, but the majority of them I do like. That is always difficult to find, especially with music.

The ad said new but it had been opened. The cd was in great shape anyway.
I bought the cd because the price was right and I love the cd.

If your a Nickelback fan you MUST own this CD! This is the one that really turned me on to Nickelback. I loved it so much, I've bought it twice now. My first copy got lost in a move and this is my second copy.

If you like bands like Hinder, or Styx, this CD is for you. Their definately not Hard Rock, but they do have some great guitar rifs in some of the songs. Their lyrics are amazing.

I own all 5 Nickelback CD! This CD is one of the BEST!!!!

I was looking to complete my collection of Nickelback CD's, and Silver Side Up fits in perfectly. It is the typical Nickelback sound.

I loved that my cd came with the original case and insert. Also, it played very well and had several of Nickelback's best songs on it. I decided to buy this cd because it was cheaper online than in stores.

I already have this in two other formats, just wanted it for the car. Not too hard, not too soft (the more hardcore, the better for me) this one is nice to chill out to.

Really like the songs on the cd. It is hard to find that one in the stores.The cd was in really good shape their were no scratches on it.
