I was slightly jaded,having already read the book,and thought there was no way they could do the movie justice. I have to say I was happily proven wrong. This movie is a classic love story,with all the best elements.Swachbuckling,bad guys,a bit of magic,and of course a perfectly happy ending.It's family oriented enough to keep the kiddies entertained,and definitely not too boring for the parents.Great movie.
