Spyro the Dragon (PlayStation)

This was my first game that I ever played on the PlayStation. I was stuned at how much fun this game really was. I just kept playing and playing.

This is a game that I suggest that you buy becuase it is never ending fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased this game to replace one loaned out and never returned. As always, a fun game with lots of challenge for kids and adults. Cute creatures, multi levels of play. Very hard to put down. Fun for people to watch as others play. Good graphics, sound and controll.

Will buy other Spyro games in the series to complete the collection. Tons of fun.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. We had the game when it first came out, 8 years ago. We played it to death. The only place I could find it was on ebay. It plays perfectly and my son was very happy with his Christmas gift. The graphics and the music make this game a lot of fun.

Son loves this game. He had it and lost it, so I had to get him a replacement! Even though he's 16, he still plays it

Here's the first title in the Spyro series. This game is highly addictive. Your kids will love it, & after they go to bed, you won't want to put it down, either! This game has very easy game play, great story line, good graphics, & provides hours of entertainment. I highly recommend this game if you're interested in learning how Spyro began!!!!!

my mom got me this game in 1998 when it first came out and i loved it. out of every spyro game it has the best levels, the best worlds, and even the graphics arnt bad. it was amazing when i was little and i'm 19 now and still play it. i've beat it probally about 10 times by now. spyro enter the dragonfly was more directed towards little kids at a very easy level, i beat that thing in one day, but this original one is more challenging so a wide range of age groups will enjoy it! yeah, the newer spyros can swim under water, have electric breath, and fancy attack moves...but the first IS the best! buying that old, grey box playstation (that probally sells for $5 now haha) is worth it just for this game.

The kids like it alot. I'm all thumbs at games like that but give it to a kid and they will master it. I didn't really see a whole lot of violence but I've only seen very little. I would call it a good buy for everyone.

I enjoyed playing Spyro even before becoming a grandparent. Now my grandkids are playing and I am right beside them playing also. Its a great game and one way to spend quality time with your children. It can become an addiction..lol

I love this game! I'm 23 and I still enjoy running around and charging things. LoL. Gets out a lot of pent up anger haha. No really though I feel like it was well constructed and fun for all ages.

I can write this review without even having my product home yet because I used to have these same games. I really had alot of fun playing Spyro. Spyro is a little dragon who has lots of mazes to go through. The mazes are very scenic and colorful. Spyro also has items he has to collect, and things he has to accompish in order to complete a level. I do not remember how many levels there were, but I do remember the games were very entertaining! I think most younger children would enjoy these games. Moms, it would help if you played along or watched also. I do not remember any curse words being in these games. Any confrontations were completely fantasy like, and nothing "graphic." To me, these were "fun" games which is why I am getting them again. Everyone needs some FUN in there lives. Spyro is a Fun little dragon to have around. Try the game if you never have. Start with one. If you like it, continue to two. This is a much slower paced game than SONIC, but just as much fun.

Always loved the classic spyro game. It was in very good condition, could not find anything wrong with it. Did not find any gliches in the game, which made for smooth game playing. Very pleased with the results and going to spend long hours playing this game.

I really loved it because of the adventures and quest you go on. I disliked the old graphics but thats understandable. I decided to buy it because it was cheap and i played the game before, but that was about 10 years ago. I really enjoyed playing all the stages, they were very fun!

This Wonderful game based on a little purple dragon is the only game that me and my wife can agree on. Its a well thought out game with lots of interesting and imaginative 3-D levels/worlds to be explored. There is some puzzle solving involved in the levels along with enemies to battle. My wife isn't much of a gamer so we like that The levels can be figured out without a "walkthrough".
and the enemie battles and attack buttons are not overly difficult. There's is enough exploring to keep anyone entertained!

This apecific cd that was sent to me was scratched and does not work. Otherwise I have played Spyro the Dragon before and I love the game.

Make the enjoyment of my daughters who have hours and hours of pleasure in front of them. It's a game the fun as much for the youngs and the oldest.

by far the best spyro game ever. even tho you cannot swim or blow ice or even fly, this game is my favorite because it is simple and has the best story line.
